Reflections 25-26
Congratulations to Hicks Elementary 5th grader Michael Giep!
His Reflections film entry “Dominoes” has officially advanced to state‑level judging — an incredible honor considering nearly 60,000 students participate each year and fewer than 3% move on to Texas PTA. As Michael beautifully shared in his artist statement, “We all have a place in this world”. 
Does your child enjoy art, music and dance or have an interest in writing, producing films or taking photos? Then watch them unleash their inner artist with PTA Reflections.
Reflections is a program that encourages students to explore the arts. The theme of the 25-26 program is “I Belong” and Hicks students can submit entries related to that theme in the categories of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts.
