One of the many fundraisers Hicks has throughout the year is the MASCOT VISIT FUNDRAISER! Timbo makes a short, surprise visit to a student during lunch. The kids LOVE it, and it also helps raise money to support Hicks while spreading school spirit.

This fundraiser is growing in popularity, but we have turned parents down due to a lack of Timbo volunteers. If you are interested, please follow these steps:

A SignUpGenius link will be emailed to the volunteer group. You will sign up based on your availability. It’s that easy!

Each time you volunteer your name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $50 gift card at the end of the year!

LISD requires cleared background checks for all on-campus visitors. Register on Voly and submit your background check ASAP so you can sign up for volunteer opps, field trips, and general meetings. Be sure to become a fan of Hicks Elementary so our school opps appear in your feed first. (Note: It could take up to three weeks for your background check to clear.)
